Production of Preparation Prototype Using Additive Method of Fused Deposition Modelling
Sedláček, Milan ; Kouřil, Karel (referee) ; Sedlák, Josef (advisor)
This thesis focuses on the production of a product using the increasingly popular additive technologies Rapid Prototyping. The theoretical section explained the very rapid prototyping technology and its application in various sectors. There were also mentioned different materials to use for 3D printing and actual printing method. The practical part was focused on the prototype modeling in SolidWorks CAD software and the subsequent production of elements of the 3D printer uPrint, using additive method Fused Deposition Modeling. In the conclusion, there is the evaluation of prototype production and also cost comparison using alternative materials.
Design of a Robotic Cell for a Steel Frame Welding
Kysela, Martin ; Kubela, Tomáš (referee) ; Pochylý, Aleš (advisor)
The aim of this diploma thesis is to design a cell for robotic arc welding of steel frame. Three possible solutions are provided and one of them is to be chosen to work out. Construction designs of fixture, machine guarding and material racks were created and devices and components required for cell functionality were chosen. All of that with regard to the safety of workplace operators. The result is 3D model of welding cell, it´s implementation and virtual commissioning in the simulation software Process simulate. We will verify the weldability of assigned part, find out the production cycle, eliminate error and lastly the technical and economic evaluation will be work out.
Reservation and Dispatching System for Microscope Calibration Equipment
Slahučka, Matej ; Burget, Radek (referee) ; Rychlý, Marek (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with an analysis, an implementation and a testing of a reservation and dispatching system for calibration equipment. It explains the problem of reservations and also of dispatching with focus on related processes, which are needed for useful solution. These processes are described in the introduction and analysis chapter and included in the implementation of a system. The system is built with a help of .NET.
Design and Sterss Analysis of the Assambling Device for Stationary Assembling of the Injection Molding Machine Closing Unit
Kecík, Samuel ; Hrstka, Miroslav (referee) ; Lošák, Petr (advisor)
Bachelor thesis deals with design and strength control of the assembly for stationary moun-ting of carts of the linear guide of the injection molding unit. The proposed preparationhas several conditions such as a rigid construction, the smallest size, and versatility for allsizes of close units. Stress analysis is solved analytically by the use of a beam theory withneglecting its own weight of beam. At the end is a comparison of the calculation using finiteelement method in ANSYS Workbench.
